Jerry Springer's ego has obviously convinced him that moviegoers will pay to see the scum of the earth flaunt their disgusting behavior on the big screen. His television show may be popular, but remember it's free. You don't have to shave, put on shoes or a shirt to work that TV remote. Ringmaster introduces the audience to a "trailer park trash" family whose dream is to share their sordid lifestyles with the world. Decent, hard working, struggling families living in trailer parks should protest this disgusting portrayal of "typical" residents. A 19-year-old tramp lives with her mother and her mother's husband in a trailer. When she and her stepfather are not having sex, the girl is cleaning rooms in a motel and having unconventional sex with anyone who barely smiles at her. The mother catches her husband and daughter having sex, then goes right to the girl's teenage boyfriend and performs unconventional sex on him standing in the yard. The mother's next move is to call the Jerry Farrelly (Springer) television producer to get the four of them on his TV show. The four are ecstatic they are going to get a free 4-day vacation to appear on national TV. Also, on the TV show, two topless lesbians are shown. No script, no plot is required - its pornographic content should qualify RINGMASTER for an NC-17 rating. Half way into the movie, this reviewer walked out after recording six graphic sex scenes, 33 obscenities, 22 crudities and two regular profanities. Pray that this abomination explodes before lift-off because theaters refuse to bow to one sleazy celebrity's pomposity and disrespect for fellow human beings.
