Tina Fey and Ricky Gervais head all-star cast. Comedy/adventure. Directed by James Bobin.
FILM SYNOPSIS: While on a grand world tour, The Muppets find themselves wrapped into a European jewel-heist caper headed by a Kermit the Frog look-alike and his dastardly #Two.
PREVIEW REVIEW: A fun and funny romp for the whole family. Using everything from silly spoofs to deadpan dry wit, the comedy crime caper with a mistaken identity plotline successfully pleased young and old(er), alike, at the press screening. If there is one problem, it has to do with the length – too long at 112 min. Had the writer and director tightened it a bit, say 10 to 15 minutes, Muppets Most Wanted may have been the best of the sequels. Instead, it’s just the longest.
