FILM SYNOPSIS: Legend tells of three magic diamonds that, if in the wrong hands, can be united to create a force powerful enough to freeze the sun. When the evil sorcerer Zeebad (Jon Stewart) escapes from his ancient prison, he vows to exact revenge by deep-freezing the earth forever.

Determined to save the world, a fellowship of unlikely heroes (a talking shaggy dog, a cow with attitude, a brainy snail, a sleepy rabbit and a moose that toots) band together to foil Zeebads villainous plot. In order to find the diamonds before Zeebad, they must climb icy mountains, navigate fiery pits of molten lava, sail across vast oceans and pass through a booby-trapped temple guarded by an army of ninja skeleton warriors. Along the way they learn that the most powerful weapon is their friendship which even Zeebads evil magic cannot destroy.

PREVIEW REVIEW: With lots of movement, color and perilous adventure for little ones and enough clever jokes to keep Mom and Dad amused, Doogal should be a family pleaser.

Violence: Lots of slapstick situations and some scary predicaments such as having to cross a narrow bridge over boiling lava and a villainous Slinky who commands spooky skeletons; there are some martial arts battles these are handled carefully for the kids and humorously for the adults. The main villain battles a good wizard.
