Wesley Snipes is back again in this violent, slam bang sky diving action adventure. This time he's U. S. Marshal Pete Nessip who's trying to track down a gang of sky divers who obtain information on government drug enforcement agents for a powerful drug dealer. Headed by cruel Ty Moncrief (Gary Busey), the sky divers drop from planes, land on top of office buildings and penetrate security systems to obtain the information. To stop the sky diving gang, Pete enlists the help of a private sky diving group trained by a free wheeling woman, Jess Crossman (Yancey Butler). Pete becomes one of her sky diving team, and much of the action centers around the team's humorous sky diving antics and violent encounters. The non stop action ranges from an explosion which rips a hole in an airborne passenger jet to vicious shoot outs and hand battles with the sky diving gang. This action thriller will keep viewers on the edge of their seats and the sky diving maneuvers and formations are spectacular and exciting.

Some humor is included in the action and dialogue which softens somewhat the vicious fighting and property destruction in the film, but it still comes off plenty violent. Men are slammed against walls, shot, beaten and thrown off buildings. Women also get into the battles and one is killed and a copy machine cover slammed down on her head. Passengers are sucked out of the damaged passenger jet and others are shot point blank. One of the sky divers is forced into a power line and executed while another crashes headfirst through a truck windshield. Characteristic of Snipes movies, crude language and obscenities abound, as well as many profanities. Surprisingly, the film is virtually free of any sexual content or nudity, except for some shots of women in skimpy summer attire. Snipes should be given credit for being a dedicated government agent and a crusader fighting against crime. But viewers have to suffer through a great deal of gratuitous violence and incessant foul language to see him vanquish his foes.
